SFX-PBX is a system thats fully compatible with VOIP and any associated protocols, and because its based on open source standards, it means that it’s fully compatible with a variety of hardware and it’s regularly updated with the very latest features when they become available
If you need to upgrade your system at a later date, it’s fully expandable and if you decide you need additional handsets or lines, we can easily add this hardware for you.

The backbone of the SFX-PBX system are the SIP trunks which are hosted by one of the biggest business network providers in the UK, Gamma Telecommunications, so you can count on the reliability of the system.
We can even configure a failover emergency number so in the rare event of a failiure, you will always receive those important calls.
Our mobile app fully integrates with your mobile telephone so your contacts available in your telephone are available to the application.
You don’t need to be at your desk or in the office anymore in order to answer those important calls.

If you prefer your system to have a more customised feel, you can supply us with your own custom voice prompts that can be used within the system to greet your callers.
You can have an auto attendant configured to answer the phone and divert your caller to the right location. They can select where they want to go via a list of options or even direct themselves to the correct destination by using the digital directory.
Installation is simple and you can be up and running in minutes. We can send you all the information you need.
The system can be configured to route your calls in multiple ways. You can choose to divert calls from a certain option to a certain group of employees and either ring them all at once or call them one by one like a round robin type effect.
We can configure the system to send you your voicemails as an e-mail attachment should you be unable to take the call.
A variety of granular reports are available within the system to view so you can see how your employees or team are doing. Useful reports such as why calls have been abandoned can be generated within the system.
Detailed billing reports can be generated on request and provided to any client if required.
The system is very reliable and configured in such a way that it will continue to function if there is a problem with the service. However, in the event of a complete outage an emergency number can be allocated to forward your calls to.
If you have multiple sites, you can have the system configured so that each site has it’s own range of internal extensions. Calls will of course be free in this scenario between sites.
You can have as many employees and extensions in the system as you like. You are, however charged per user.
Fed up with those constant marketing and sales calls? With SFX-PBX you can easily block them by adding in the number or searching through the call records and hitting block when you see the number.
If you have a high volume of calls, we can set up call queues to hold them until an employee comes available. If you need full call centre functionality, we can help, but this may be a different product.
The system allows supervisors to monitor and record calls if required.
The system allows for both guided and unguided transfer modes. This means you can know who is caling before you take a call.
Various Caller ID modes are supported. Display either your DDI or main number on outgoing calls. Facility also allows you to screen incoming calls.
If you need to have a call with more than a single number there are options to add another caller in on an ad-hoc basis. It is also possible to set up a conference centre so callers can enter a room when supplied with a PIN number.
User management is granular and allows for supervisors to have full control over other employees voicemails and settings (if required). If you want to give someone temporary access to a single employee (i.e. for maternity cover) this is also available in the system.
Disabled by default, hotdesking mode can be enabled allowing employees to log into a device in order to make calls rather than being permanantly logged into a device.
Once a device is configured, it will never loose its settings. Devices will automatically fetch their settings from the server ensuring maximum compatibility.

*These are indicative response times which in most cases will be accurate, however in your contractual agreement with SYSFLEX, there will be some specific SLA’s written in to the contract. We endeavour to respond and solve any issues as quickly as possible, but we deal with support cases based on our workload. However we will guarantee the response based on what is in your support contract.
Once you agree to purchase a support plan from SYSFLEX, we will go through your requirements in detail. There may be additional charges as a result of this, but in most cases the pricing above will be accurate for most small businesses. Larger businesses with more than 10 employees should contact us directly for a customised support quotation.
