Google Workspace is a suite of e-mail and productivity tools that can be used within your organisation. Unlike Office365 it’s a complete online suite without desktop office style applications.

Often smaller businesses that don’t need the traditional Microsoft Office applications, or education establishments with separate education licences will favour Google Workspace.

Google Workspace has gone through several changes over the years, from Google Apps to GSuite, the system as certainly evolved over the years.

It does come with productivity applications such as Google Forms and Google Sites.
