Data Recovery & Hardware Repairs
We love IT, but when it goes wrong, it can be hugely stressful. Especially if that hard disc has failed with important accounts information or those important family photos.
We offer a fixed price data recovery service, which will attempt to retrieve any of your valuable data.*
We can take care of component replacement (such as broken screens, broken hard drives) and we will reload your system back to a healthy useable state with all your files intact.*
We can carry out this as a one off service or include it within your monthly IT support contract.

If you have a contract, we can even incude hardware repairs as part of our service. We will usually set aside 2hrs to repair any units that have failed outside of warrranty, and if you have this service included, you will only be charged for parts and not labour.
Of course, if you have one of our lesser support packages, or you are running with ad-hoc support, we can simply arrange to look at your device and provide a quotation to replace any faulty components. We can also repair tablets and mobile devices.
*Data recovery process is not guaranteed. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer at the time of booking in, and if we cannot recover data we may recommend a more thorough recovery method which may be available for additional cost.
